Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar (reserved)
30 white chocolate mini Reese’s cups
Preparation
Cream butter and sugar together. Add peanut butter, then eggs and vanilla. Mix well until combined.
Slowly add dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Chill dough for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350. Roll dough into tablespoon sized balls. Roll in sugar.
Bake 9-10 minutes.
