Ingredients

4 ounce bittersweet chocolate, chopped

8 ounces white chocolate, chopped

3/4 cup unsalted butter

3 large eggs

2 cups sugar

1/3 cup raspberry jam

1 cup all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter baking pan

Stir bittersweet chocolate and butter over low heat until melted and smooth

Whisk sugar, eggs, and jam until thick and smooth

Add in chocolate mixture, then flour and salt

Stir in white chocolate chunks and transfer to baking pan

Bake brownies for about 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean after pricking it.
