Ingredients
2 cups rice krispies
2 cups dry roasted unsalted peanuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 lbs white chocolate chips
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine cereal, peanuts, and marshmallows. Melt chocolate and peanut butter on high for 1 minute in microwave and then in intervals of 30 seconds until fully melted. Stir chocolate into cereal mixtures. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm, 2 hours. Store in airtight container.
