Ingredients
1 C MARGARINE
1-1/2 C Granulated sugar
1/2 C Light brown sugar
2 large eggs
3-1/4 C Flour
1 Tsp. Baking soda
1 Tsp. salt
12 oz. white chocolate chopped coarsely
6 oz. whole & pieces of macadamian nuts
3/4 C sweetened flaked coconut
2 Tsp. Vanilla extact
Preparation
- Place margarine in large mixing bowl and cream with both sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well
- Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture
- Add white chocolate, coconut and macadama nuts. Chill dough for 2 hours covered with plastic wrap.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased sheets. Flatten slightly.
- Bake at 325 F. for 10-12 minutes
