Ingredients
3 pints fresh berries
1 cup heavy cream
4 sprigs fresh thyme
1 lemon, juiced and zested
8 oz. white chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
Wash berries. Bring cream, thyme, and lemon zest to a boil. Cover and steep for five minutes. Strain and reheat to boil, then pour over chopped white chocolate. Add juice, whisk and serve over berries.
Freezing the berries is also a good idea.
