Ingredients

2/3 cup white chocolate chips

1 1/4 cups mixture of Craisins, dried apricots, and dried cherries

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour

1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats

2 eggs

2/3 cup brown sugar

2/3 cup softened unsalted butter

1 tsp almond extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients, in no particular order (except for the almond extract), in large bowl. Once everything is mixed, add almond extract, and mix again. Make small balls or use a small ice cream scoop and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake for about 6 minutes.
