Ingredients
1 4ct. pkg of shortcakes
1/2 brick of white chocolate
1 bag of rinsed bing cherries
1/2 cup of cherry preserves
Preparation
In a double boiler melt the chocolate and set aside.On each shortcake place 2 tablespoons of the preserves on the bottom and top with a even layer of cherries.Bake in a 250 degree oven for 15 minutes.When done drizzle the chocolate over the cakes.
