Ingredients
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 c evap. milk
small jar marshmallow cream 7 oz
11oz bag white chips
3/4 c smashed candy canes
Preparation
combine first three in heavy pot over med. heat. cook to a full rolling boil while stirring. about 3-4 min. boil for 5 min. take off heat and add chips stir and add marshmallow cream.stir until all incorpurated and then add candy canes .stir. will turn a pale pink. put into 9x13 foil lined pan. cover. can be eatten right when cooled but it’s even better if you leave it a day or two so the candy canes get just a little soft
