Ingredients
1 tbls oil
1# ground chicken
1 onion chopped
Chopped garlic
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
Cayenne pepper to taste
2 cans white beans
1 can green chile peppers
28 oz chicken broth
1 cup shredded Montery Jack cheese shredded
Preparation
Saute onion in oil, add garlic and spices. Partially smash 1 can of beans. Add all beans and broth. Simmer 15 minutes. Add cheese and serve.
