Ingredients

1 lb small white beans (soaked overnight and rinsed)

6 cups chicken broth

1 t chicken bouillon

2 white onions (chopped)

6-8 cloves garlic

7 oz diced green chilies

4 t cumin

2 t oregano

1t cayenne pepper

4 cups cooked & diced chicken

1 cup sour cream

3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

Preparation

Combine beans and broth bouillon - simmer for two hours Add all ingredients except cheese and sour cream and simmer 30 minutes Add cheese and sour cream just prior to serving
