Ingredients
28 oz. Randall’s northern beans
3 10oz. Hormel chicken chunks
2 tsp. cumin
1 bag shredded cheddar
chopped fresh cilantro (to taste)
16 oz. Pace salsa
1 4 oz. can chicken broth
8 oz. pepper jack
3 green chilis
sour cream
Preparation
Combine everything except sour cream in crock pot. Set to high and cook until hot. Add sour cream and serve.
