Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced

4 (16 oz each) cans of great northern beans

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 can Rotel

1 block montery-jack cheese, grated

1 can yellow corn

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons garlic

6 cups chicken broth

1 1/2 teaspoons oregano

1 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons cumin

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Can serve with corn or tortilla chips.
