Ingredients
1 bottle Absolute Mango Vodka
3 bottles white wine (sauvignon blanc recommended)
3 bottles champagne (or cava or sparkling wine as you prefer)
3 mangoes
3 Barlett pears
3 tangerines
Preparation
Peel, skin and chop fruit into 1 inch cubes. Soak fruit in the white wine over night in bowl (or two as needed) covered with saran wrap. Before serving: Pour 1/3 of vodka in bottom of pitcher Add 1/3 fruit+wine mixer, stir well Add 1 bottle champagne, stir slowly Enjoy!
