Ingredients
One head white cabbage
1 white onion or 2 charlottes
4 Tbs white wine vinegar
3 Tbs oil (olive or any other)
Salt
Pepper
½ tee spoon Tarragon
Preparation
Cut cabbage in half and slice it thin and remove the stem. Dice onions fine and add all other ingredients. Mix well and let it sit for at least 2 hours or over night. Try and add more vinegar, salt, pepper or tarragon to taste.
