Ingredients

2 6-ounce cans tuna, drained

1 16-ounce can small white beans, drained & rinsed

10 cherry tomatoes, quartered

4 scallions, sliced

2 Tablespoons olive oil

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve in pita bread or on salad greens.
