Ingredients

1 can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)

1 lge clove garlic

1T olive oil

fresh lemon juice

tomato (seeded and diced)

1/2 c fresh herbs ( I used basil and thyme)

green onion

salt and pepper

Preparation

portions are pretty much as you like. I used 3 cans of beans but didn’t really triple the garlic or herbs.
