Ingredients

1 8" piece of Italian sausage

1/2 bunch of kale

1 can of white beans

1/2 white onion

1 clove garlic

olive oil

salt and pepper

cayenne pepper

1 can veggie or chicken stock

Preparation

Cut the sausage into small pieces, saute with olive oil. Add finely chopped onions until browned, add 1 clove finely chopped garlic. Add finely chopped kale (be sure to wash in cold water and take some of the tough middle stems out), watch for the kale to start to wilt, add 1 can of stock and 1 can of water, wait a few minutes. Add rinsed white beans, wait for it to boil. Turn off. Add salt and pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper
