Ingredients

1 15 oz can cannelini beans, rinsed and drained

1-2 cloves garlic, peeled & sliced

1/2 tsp coarse salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp olive oil

2 teaspoons fresh rosemary

Juice and zest of 1/4 lemon

Preparation

  1. Soften garlic in olive oil over low heat
  2. Blend oil, garlic and rest of ingredients in food processor until smooth (add chicken stock if too thick)
