Ingredients
1 can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
3 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
grated lemon zest
2 minced garlic cloves
pinch of ancho chili powder
salt and pepper
paprika for topping
Preparation
Put all ingredients in food processor, blend until smooth
Serve with paprika sprinkled on top a drizzle of olive oil and with veggies of choice
