Ingredients

1-large aluminum serving/caserole pan (disposable-less clean up)

4-5 cresoints or biscuits

1-bag frozen hash browns- shoe string kind

1- pack spicy sausage

1- small pack bacon

1- bag chedder shredded cheese

1- onion

1- dozen eggs

1/2 cup milk

pam spray

salt

pepper

Preparation

-Grease the serving pan completly with Pam Spray -slice cresionts or biscuits in half and layer the bottom of the pan completely -while you doing this you can brown the sausage and cook the bacon. Cook the bacon until crispy

From here its a layered deal so you can add/change the layers to you’re liking

-add layer of the hash browns -salt pepper hash browns -add layer of sausage sprinkling over the hash browns -add a scattered layer of sliced/chopped onions -add another layer of hash browns -salt/pepper -add another layer of sausage -add another scattered layer of onions -add another layer of hash browns -cover the entire pan with a layer of shreddered cheese -chop cooked bacon and scatter a layer over the cheese. -salt/pepper

  • crack and wisk dozen eggs and add 1/2 cup of milk and stir -pour the egg/milk over the entire pan evenly and it will soak in and dissapear, don’t worry

Cover tightly with foil and pop in the fridge for the next morning.

Cook on a charcoal or gas grill at your tailgate in the morning until egg/milk rises and you can cut it with a spatuala. Its hard to say how long to cook it because grills are not even heat but pop it on the grill, get yourself a screwdriver or bloody mary and check it every ten minutes or so. Should be cooked in about a half hour or sooner depending on heat. Makes about 12-14 servings so I usually make two tins worth for our terrapin tailgates!
