Ingredients

1 Cup (225g) butter

2/3 Cup confectionary sugar

1 3/4 Cups flour

Preparation

Soften butter and mix all 3 ingrediants together. Roll into small balls and place in mini baking cups. Put an indent in the middle of each one w/ your knuckle

Bake @ 350F/175C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

When cool place jelly in each indentation. You can also sprinkle confectionery sugar if you want them to look pretty
