Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream, well chilled

1/2 cup powdered sugar, or more or less to taste

2 tablespoons liqueur–Grand Marnier, Ammaretto, Kahluha or whatever!

Preparation

Pour whipping cream in a well chilled bowl. Stir in sugar and liqueur till dissolved. Whip on high spead intil firm peaks form. Serve as garnish on your favorite dessert.
