Ingredients

1/2 cup of butter

1/2 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of white sugar

1 egg

3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup wheat germ

3/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup coconut

Preparation

•mix all wet ingredients into a bowl •mix all dry ingredients into a separate bowl •add dry mixture slowly to wet mixture until cookie dough consistency forms. •drop spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet •bake at 350 for 10 minutes
