Ingredients
Leinenkugel Wheat Beer - 1 cup (80°F) - note Temperature is very important try to get it at least between 80°F and 85°F
Salt - 1 TSP
Sugar - 1 TBSP
Flour (White Unbleached) - 3 Cups
Yeast (Instant) - 2 and 1/4 TSP
Preparation
Place ingredient together in the order listed.
Use a bread maker if you have one to make the dough or a mixer (follow the directions for preparing dough with the mixer if you choose this route).
Now you may choose to let the bread maker complete the loaf or if you only finish the dough in the bread maker then follow the next directions for baking.
Place dough into a greased bread pan and shape as you prefer. Let rise for at least another hour in a warm place with the dish covered (plastic wrap or towel will suffice).
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes. Keep an eye on the crust for a nice golden to dark golden color.
Remove and let cool on a wire rack for at least 30min before cutting.
