Ingredients

Can of tuna 5oz.

1 tbsp. mayo.

1tsp. salt

1tsp. pepper

Spicy brown mustard

Shredded Cheddar cheese

4 slices of bread

Preparation

Open and drain can of tuna. Empty can in a bowl. Mix in mayo., salt, and pepper. Toast bread in toaster. When bread is toasted, smear spicy mustard on one side of 2 slices of bread. Slather tuna mixture on the 2 slices of bread condiment free. Then sprinkle cheese on top of tuna and put the bread slices that have spicy mustard on top of each slice.
