Ingredients

2 boned skinless chicken breasts

2 stalks celery thinly sliced

1/4 C. green olives sliced in half

1/2 C. pinapple chunks

1/4 C. pecan or walnut pieces

1/2 apple, peeled and cut into chunks

1/3 C. raisins

2/3 C. Mayonaise

1 heaping tablespoon curry

Preparation

Par boil chicken breasts until there is no pink inside. Remove, drain and cut into bite size pieces. Chill for 10 minutes and then add all the of the other ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
