Ingredients

2 lb ground beef

1 qt tomato juice

29 oz can tomato puree

15 oz can red beans

1 chopped onion

0.5 c diced celery

0.25 c diced green pepper

0.25 c chili powder

1 t cumin

1.5 t garlic powder

1 t salt

0.5 t each: black pepper, oregano, sugar

1/8 t cayenne pepper

Preparation

Simmer for at least 1 hour.
