Ingredients

1 large round steak cut into thin strips

3 tbsp soya sauce

3 tbsp corn starch

1 tsp of ginger

1 tsp of sugar

1-2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 tsp crushed red chilis

1 1/2 cup water

5 tbsp butter

2 c thinly sliced carrots

1 onion, diced

1 green pepper, cut into strips

Preparation

In med size bowl, comb 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp orn starch, ginger, sugar & garlic. Add meat, toss to coat. Set aside.

In med size bowl, blend crushed chilis w/remaining corn starch and soya sauce. Stir in water. Set aside.

In large stir fry pan, melt 3 tbsp butter on med-high heat. Add meat & stir fry for 2 mins or until brown. Remove from pan. Melt 2 tbsp butter & add veggies. Stir fry 3-5 mins. Stir in meat & add soya sauce mixture. Cook & stir over med heat until boils and thickens. Serve with rice.
