Ingredients
4 oz sharp cheddar
1 pinch dry mustard
2-3 T milk
1 t cornstarch
1 T vinegar
4 drops worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Melt cheddar over a very low heat stirring occasionally. Add 1 pinch of dry mustard. Mix milk and cornstarch into cheese, stir till thickened. Flavor with vinegar and worcestershire sauce.
