Ingredients
3/4 Cups Sugar
3 tbl. cocoa (unsweetened, like Peets Brand)
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate (Bakers Brand)
1 (6oz.) can evaporated milk-not condensed
2 tbl. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tbl. Water
Dash of Salt
Preparation
Add the sugar, cocoa (Peets), and salt into the 2 tablespoons of water and blend them together. Add the evaporated milk, and 1 square of unsweetened chocolate (Bakers). Bring this to a boil, and boil gently for several minutes ’till thickened, stirring often. Remove from heat and add the butter and vanilla.
