Ingredients
2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup pecan chips
Additional powdered sugar
Preparation
- Cream butter, and add powdered sugar and vanilla; cream to blend. Add flour and pecans; mix well.
- Measure dough by teaspoons - roll in palms into balls. Bake at 325° F on nonstick cookie sheet for 30 minutes.
- Roll in powdered sugar while still hot. Let cool and then roll again.
