Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
pinch salt
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 scallions
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark rum or gin
Preparation
Heat a wok or 10 inch skillet. Add oil, salt, garlic and saute for 1 minute Add shrimp, ginger and scallions and cook uncovered until the shrimp just turn pink. Take off of heat, add soy sauce and rum.
Cover a let sit for 5 minutes
