Ingredients
One small seedless watermelon
One red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
One pint fresh raspberries, pressed through sieve to remove seeds
Preparation
Cut seedless watermelon into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
Press one pint of fresh raspberries through a sieve to puree and remove seeds. Set aside.
Peel and slice red onion into very thin slices. Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least one hour. Serve.
