Ingredients

2 cups seedless watermelon

3/4 cup chopped sweet onion

3/4 cup black beans drained and rinsed

2 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped

1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

2 tsp. brown sugar

1 glove garlic minced

1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients cover and refrigerate for 1 hr. Drain if necessary before serving.
