Ingredients

Watermelon (seedless and balled or cubed)

Fresh Basil (rolled and sliced in strips)

Balsamic Vinegar

Depending on your main dish flavor profile, I sometimes add crumbled feta.

Preparation

Place prepared watermelon and basil in a serving bowl. Splash about 4 or 5 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar and toss all ingredients together.

Serve as a side dish to your favorite grilled meat or fish.
