Ingredients
3 cups raw watermelon, cubed and deseeded
fresh mint to taste (about 2 sprigs or 20 leaves)
2-3 tbsp. honey
Preparation
Pull the mint leaves from the stalk and place in a blender along with the honey. Add 1/2 cup of the watermelon and blend until the mint is finely chopped. Add the remaining watermelon and blend. Also great with a splash of white rum.
