Ingredients
1 C. diced fresh seedless watermelon
1 C. ice
2 oz. clear rum
2-3 leaves of mint
Agave nectar to adjust sweetness, ¼ to ½ tsp.
Squeeze ¼ lime
Preparation
Place in shaker. Shake the hell out of it (smashing the watermelon and making the drink. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a mint sprig or a chunk of melon.
