Ingredients
1 package Pistachio Pudding Mix
1 large can Crushed Pinapple
1-2 C chopped pecans
2 C miniature Marshmellows
1 container Whipped topping
Preparation
Drain the can of crushed pineapple, reserving the juice. Mix together pineapple, pecans marshmellows and pudding mix. Add 1/2 cup of pineapple juice to the mixture. Fold in the whipped topping. Chill for at least 2 hours or even over night.
