Ingredients

2 tsp wasabi paste

2 tsp fresh ginger minced

2 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp rice vinegar

1 Tbsp brown sugar

13 ounce salmon filet

Preparation

Mix all sauce ingredients and reserve 2 tsp. Place salmon filet in a baking dish on parchment paper and pour sauce on it. Bake at 400 degrees for almost 20 minutes. Then put the reserved sauce on top and serve.
