Ingredients

3-6 tsp Wasabi powder

1 freshly squeezed lemon

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp fish sauce

1 8 oz yellow fin tuna steak cut in two

Preparation

paint in each side of tuna steak and refrigerate.

Place cast iron skillet (dry) in oven and pre-heat to 450-575.

Place 1 8 oz tuna in hot skillet and let bake for 2-3 minutes. Flip and let bake for 2-3 minutes.

Remove, plate and serve
