Grill Pork Chops, turning often, until done, about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, in a Wok or large saute pan, heat 4 tablespoons Peanut Oil. Add the Garlic; cook 30 seconds. Add the Noodles, 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce, and 6 teaspoons Sugar. Stir-fry to combine. Remove from heat; add 4 tablespoons Wasabi Paste and Sesame Oil. Toss to coat evenly. Season with Salt. Plate Noodles; top with 2-1/2 oz. Cucumber strips. Thinly slice Pork; fan on cucumbers.
