Ingredients
6 or so pork chops (I use thin sliced loin boneless)
1 Tb. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tb. chopped onion (use frozen)
1 tsp. dried dill seed
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Preparation
saute chops in melted butter until browned and tender. add salt and pepper and onions and cover until really tender on low heat. you can cook these chops for an hour or so but check on juices to make sure it’s plenty moist in pan. remove chops to a platter. add dill and sour cream to pan and blend thoroughly. heat through but do not boil. serve sauce over chops. (or you can put chops into sauce on low until ready to serve.
