Ingredients

2 salmon steaks

capers (whole bottle)

3 cloves of garlic

EVOO

salt and pepper

lemon juice to taste (1/2 cup)

stick of butter

Preparation

  1. Heat pan with EVOO
  2. Add butter
  3. Add garlic, and lemon juice- mix then add capers
  4. Salt and pepper salmon fillets
  5. Place salmon in pan
  6. If it starts to “fry”, add more lemon juice
  7. Cook about 3-5 monutes per side- check especially along the bone
