Ingredients
2 salmon steaks
capers (whole bottle)
3 cloves of garlic
EVOO
salt and pepper
lemon juice to taste (1/2 cup)
stick of butter
Preparation
- Heat pan with EVOO
- Add butter
- Add garlic, and lemon juice- mix then add capers
- Salt and pepper salmon fillets
- Place salmon in pan
- If it starts to “fry”, add more lemon juice
- Cook about 3-5 monutes per side- check especially along the bone
