Lamb chops
Olive oil
Kumara
Lentils
garlic
Dashi stock
Sake
Mirin
Preparation
High heat some olive oil, add lamb chops, let them get brown, take them out and let them rest on kitchen paper.
In the same pan, add garlic and leek to the oil. Add lentils, kumara, dashi stock, sake and one cup of mirin. Add lamb back to pan.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
