Ingredients

1 lb orzo pasta

6 tsp basil pesto

1/4 cup chopped red pepper

1/4 cup chopped pickled baby corn

1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese peices

Preparation

Boil the water for the orzo then while the waters boiling start chopping the peppers and baby corn and put them in a medium size mixing bowl. Next move back to the orzo and put the pasta in the now boiled water give it 10- 15 min o cook then drain the orzo and put it in the bowl with the corn and peppers and mix in the pesto. Once everything is mixed together add the cheese and serve warm.
