Preparation

place flour and breadcrumbs on separate plates. coat soft goat cheese rounds with flour. dip cheese into beaten egg, then into breadcrumbs, coating completely. Place on small baking dish. Spoon crushed hazelnuts atop cheese (optional). Gently press nuts into cheese to adhere. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 min or overnight. Bake in 400F apprx 6 min until golden brown.
