Ingredients

11-12 ounce cream cheese

3 TBSP minced dried onion

3 TBSP chopped green pepper

2 TBSP milk

1 cup sour cream

2-3 packages dried beef,(2.5 ounces, in lunch meat section) chopped

3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, milk, and sour cream well. Add remaining ingredients except pecans. Lightly grease pie plate, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. top with pecans, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
