Ingredients

1 lb. (16 oz.) yellow American cheese, cut up into cubes

1 bottle Goya Salsa Pico de Gallo

Tortilla Chips

Preparation

  1. Mix American cheese and Pico de Gallo salsa in 2-quart microwavable bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring every 3 minutes.
  3. Pour over hot tortilla chips, serve with desired garnishes.
