round (8 oz) Brie cheese
1
tablespoon plus 1/2 cup apricot spreadable fruit

medium apples, cored and cut into 12 slices each

round buttery crackers (about 3.5 oz)
Preparation
Heat oven to 350°F. Line small cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or foil. With small knife, carefully cut jack-o’-lantern face in top of Brie, gently removing white outer crust and some of the cheese from under the cuts to reveal the face.
Using small spoon, spoon 1 tablespoon apricot spreadable fruit into cutouts of face. Place Brie on cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until sides feel soft and Brie is warm. Serve with remaining 1/2 cup apricot spreadable fruit, apples and crackers.
