Ingredients
16 oz of Cream cheese
4 tbs Milk
1 cup Sour cream
1/8 cup minced green onions(scallions)
1/4 tsp ground pepper
6 oz packaged sliced beef(in packaged deli meats)
Preparation
chop the beef up into small pieces, and mix all above ingredients in a casserole dish, Bake at 350 for 15 minutes till hot throughout, serve with Ritz style Butter crackers
